Ibuki of street fighter. One third of a commission for an arcade stick background. Terrible terrible background, but it took me about 25 seconds so nyah.

Very happy with Ibuki herself.

Ya know, despite the background (and I am very fond of backgrounds myself), the whole picture itself is actually pretty good. :D

Sorry about that, but the background isn't actually part of the piece I'm making :P It's going to be an arcade stick skin when I'm done with it
